Product Overview
Self operated differential (micro) pressure regulating valve is an energy-saving product that does not require external energy. It compares the pressure changes of the medium in the process pipeline with the signal, balancing the force of the regulated medium with the output force of the actuator, in order to achieve stable pressure and differential pressure values. The ZZCP-1 differential pressure valve adopts a balanced single seat valve, which has stable pressure, high accuracy, and good sealing performance, and is used to control small differential pressures. The ZZCN-10 differential pressure valve adopts a double seat valve with a large flow coefficient. The valve core can be installed vertically and horizontally to form two different types of products. This product is suitable for controlling the mixing ratio flow rate of two types of fuel gases in various industrial furnace combustion systems or for use in the sealing oil system of hydrogen cooled generator sets. At the same time, it can also be used for automatic control of pressure reduction, stabilization, or relief of various industrial gases.
The ZZVP type micro pressure valve adopts a balanced single seat valve and can adjust the set value freely during operation. Therefore, it is suitable for micro pressure automatic adjustment of various industrial furnace combustion system fuel gases, petroleum products in process, or protective gases for oil storage tanks and heat treatment protective gases.
Product Features
1. The micro pressure regulating valve does not require additional energy and utilizes the pressure of the medium in the process pipeline to regulate itself, which is both convenient and energy-saving;
2. The pressure segmented range is fine and intersects with each other, with high adjustment accuracy. The pressure setting value can be continuously set during operation;
3. Adjust the pressure behind the valve, with a ratio of 10:1 to 10:8 between the pressure before and after the valve;
4. Rubber diaphragm type detection, with high detection accuracy and sensitive action of the actuator;
5. Adopting a pressure balancing mechanism, the regulating valve responds sensitively and controls accurately.
