Product Overview
The self operated nitrogen sealing valve (i.e. nitrogen sealing device) is mainly used for constant control of nitrogen pressure at the top of the storage tank. The self operated nitrogen sealing valve is a type of valve that does not require external energy and uses the pressure of the regulated medium as the power core to control the position change of the valve core, achieving the purpose of automatic adjustment and stable pressure, to protect the materials in the tank from being nitrided and the safety of the storage tank. This valve consists of two main parts: ZZYVP quick release valve and ZZV self operated micro pressure regulating valve. The quick release valve consists of a pressure controller and a ZMQ-16K single seat shut-off valve.
Working Principle
When the pressure inside the storage tank rises to the set pressure, the quick release valve quickly opens to release excess pressure inside the tank. When the pressure inside the storage tank decreases, the micro pressure regulating valve opens and fills the tank with nitrogen gas. Because the micro pressure regulating valve must be used at a pressure below 0.1Mpa, and the on-site pressure is high, a ZZYP type pressure regulating valve must be installed to reduce the pressure to below 0.1Mpa before use. The nominal pressure is 0.1Mpa, and the pressure can be set in sections from 0.5Kpa to below 66Kpa. The medium temperature is ≤ 80 ℃.
Performance characteristics
1. Without the need for additional energy, it can work in situations without electricity or gas, which is both convenient and energy-saving, reducing costs.
2. The nitrogen sealing device provides nitrogen, and the nitrogen relief pressure setting is convenient, which can be carried out under continuous operating conditions.
3. The effective area of the pressure detection diaphragm is large, the set spring stiffness is small, the action is sensitive, and the device works in balance.
4. Adopting a packing free design, the valve stem has low friction force, rapid response, and high control accuracy.
5. The nitrogen supply device adopts a controller operation, with a pressure reduction ratio of up to 100:1, good pressure reduction effect, and high control accuracy.
6. The nitrogen pressure setting range is wide, ranging from 0.5 Kpa to 1000 Kpa, with a high ratio;
7. The effective area of the pressure regulating detection diaphragm is large, the set spring stiffness is small, and the action is extremely sensitive.
