Product overview
The electric high-pressure angle control valve adopts a top-guided structure, which is composed of an angle control valve body and a 3810L type (or PSL series) linear electronic electric actuator. The actuator contains a feeding function and accepts uniform 4-20mA or 1-5V· The standard signal of DC converts the current signal into the corresponding linear displacement, automatically controls the opening of the electric angle control valve, and achieves continuous adjustment of the process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline. It has the characteristics of sensitive action, simple connection, large flow, small size and high adjustment accuracy. The valve body is right-angled, the valve core is a single-guide structure, the flow path of the valve body is simple, and the resistance is small. Especially suitable for high viscosity, containing suspended solids and granular medium fluid adjustment, can avoid coking, blockage, but also easy to self-cleaning and water cleaning, electric high pressure angle control valve is generally used in the bottom in and side out of the occasion, because this can make the adjustment have better stability.
Main uses
Electric high-pressure angle control valve is a product developed for control valves under severe working conditions of high pressure or high pressure difference, severe cavitation and erosion. It adopts multi-stage throttling form to share the pressure difference, reduce cavitation, erosion, deflection damage, greatly improve the service life of the regulating valve, especially in the urea system than the ordinary high-pressure valve life increase by 2-3 times.
